muscle transcriptional changes with rs6190 SNP genocopy in mice

this dataset encompasses the muscle transcriptomic changes elicited in quadriceps of 4months-old male mice comparing homozygous carriers of the rs6190 genocopy allele (homo) versus homozygous carriers of the reference allele (WT). Mice were obtained and interbred from the CCHMC Transgenic Core facility, genotypes were confirmed through sequencing during the first generations then routinely checked thwough PCR. Analyses were performed at ~16 weeks of age in male littermate mice from heterozygous parents. Tissues were harvested at ~ZT4 and immediately flash-frozen for downtream analyses.
