Supplementary Data for "The miR-2110/TRAF3 axis is associated with endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease"

This repository contains the supplementary data associated with the article entitled “The miR-2110/TRAF3 axis is associated with endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease”. The dataset includes processed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) results and related analyses generated from endothelial cells overexpressing miR-2110 and negative controls, used to support the findings of the study. No raw sequencing data are provided. All data have been pre-processed, normalized, and filtered according to the analytical pipeline described in the manuscript.
