Transcriptomic data of E. harbinense
收藏资源简介:
This study aimed to investigate the functional adaptation mechanism of a H2 and ethanol co-producing bacterium Ethanoligenens harbinense to allicin during hydrogen production. The effects of various concentrations of allicin on metabolites generated during H2 and ethanol co-production by E. harbinense were compared. Additionally, the pretreatment method to mitigate the inhibitory effects of allicin on the hydrogen production was investigated. Finally, the molecular regulatory mechanism and metabolic responses of E. harbinense based on transcriptomic analyses were elucidated. This study enhanced our understanding of the effects of allicin on fermentative hydrogen production and provided a basis for mitigating the negative effects of allicin and its degradation products.
