RNA from Aedes polynesienis (the primary vactor of lymphatic filariasis) is to be compared with RNA from Aedes riversi (refractory). Aedes egypti is to be used as the reference, if possible, and a genomic DNA sample of Aedes polynesienis is included as a mapping control. The RNA-seq data are also to be assembled de novo and the number of reads per RNA cluster used for quantification. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
