Library Construction Optimization for Low Input Host-Pathogen Samples: Brugia+Wolbachia (wBm). Brugia malayi 6279; wBm 80849

This project focuses on the research and development efforts in the Genome Center for Infectious Disease (GCID) to test methods for low input, dual species samples including host-pathogen samples. The testing compared NEBNext Ultra and multiple displacement amplification on Brugia malayi and its Wolbachia endosymbiont (wBm).
