*+ soil metagenome: carbon-fixing and nitrogen-fixing microbial communities of biological soil crusts in a revegetation area of sandy land

Selected 10-, 21-, and 37-year BSCs under representative sand-fixation planations and their adjacent moving sand dunes in a revegetation area of Horqing Sandy Land as research objects. And got the sequences of carbon-fixing and nitrogen-fixing microbial communites with nifH and cbbL genes adopted as markers in an age sequence of MSCs.
