PEDAGOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF SIMULATION TRAINING IN MILITARY AVIATION EDUCATION

This article analyzes the pedagogical effectiveness of using simulation training in military aviation education. Modern simulators allow pilots to combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, model complex flight situations in safe conditions, and form quick decision-making competencies. The study highlights the role of simulation training in developing professional readiness, psychological stability, and practical skills of cadets. It also examines the economic efficiency of using simulators, their advantages in ensuring safety, and their importance in improving the quality of education. The results of the article serve to develop scientific and practical recommendations for the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies in military aviation educational institutions and the improvement of the educational process. Simulation training is considered an effective tool in developing professional competencies of cadets.
