Forsite — Location — Styria

Due to global warming, a fundamental change in the appropriation of trees and a shift in natural forest societies can be expected in the long term. As part of the project “Dynamic Forest Typing Styria”, forest type maps were created, which took into account the changing climate conditions and include a characterisation of the appropriation of trees for the most important tree species in Styria.
