We detected the differential expression gene of LncRNA interacting with NLRP3 protein in RAW264.7 cells infected with Salmonella typhimurium and uninfected using RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing Overall design: Collect suspension of infected Salmonella typhimurium and uninfected RAW264.7 cells, extract total RNA directly interacting with NLRP3 protein in cells using RNA immunoprecipitation method, and then perform LncRNA sequencing.
