The panel includes the coding sequences of the genes IL6, IL6R, TNFRSF1A, CTLA4, IL10, IL23R, PADI4, partly HLA-DRB1 and HLA-B, as well as 60 short genome fragments with polymorphic variants (mainly in the coding regions of genes), which, according to the data the literature is associated with the development, activity of clinical manifestations and the effectiveness of treatment of patients with RA.
