资源简介:
PNG images from in vitro and in vivo experiments.
- - - -
The in vivo images are of immunofluorescence stainings of HMGA2, GATA6, Amylase, Galectin-4 and Vimentin in combinations as indicated with the filenames and in the images themselves. The image names also indicate the mouse model type (KC, KPC, or injection).
General marker expression scheme:
- DAPI: white. Nuclear marker for any cell.
- HMGA2: indicated in image. Tumor cells of basal subtype, nuclear.
- Vimentin: magenta/purple, cytoplasmic. Tumor cells of basal/mesenchymal subtype, and stroma cells.
- Galectin-4: green, cytoplasmic. Tumor cells of the classical subtype and often expressed by acinar cells.
- GATA6: magenta/purple. Tumor cells of the classical subtype, and acinar cells. Nuclear.

The images of in vitro experiments stem from cocultures of primary murine acinar cells and KPC-T cells. Images originate from the first isolation.
There are three types of images:
- "Control": from KPC-T cells in monoculture
- "Distant": from regions in coculture wells, but at individual regions where no or few acinar cells were present.
- "Interface": from regions in coculture wells where acinar cells and KPC-T cells meet.
General marker expression scheme:
- Hoechst: white. Nuclear marker for any cell.
- HMGA2: green. Tumor cells of basal subtype, nuclear.
- Tomato: red. Tumor cells (KPC-T)
- GATA6: magenta/purple. Tumor cells of the classical subtype, and acinar cells. Nuclear.
