Genome analysis of edible basidiomycetes to elucidate the mechanisms of sugar metabolism

In this study, genomic and transcriptomic analyses will be performed to investigate the function of genes related to sugar metabolism in edible basidiomycetes. Based on the information obtained, gene expression strains will be generated and functional analysis of sugar-related genes will be performed.
