Adoptive transfer of peritoneal macrophages from Emu-serpin-treated mice

This dataset includes 16S rRNA sequencing data from the colon content collected from the receptor mice in the experiment of the adaptive transfer of macrophages. The donor mice were administrated with Emu-serpin protein or vehicle control. The peritoneal macrophages were isolated and adoptively transferred into the receptor mice before the receptor mice were treated with DSS or mock (water).
