In situ reactivation of aerobic granular sludge after extended idle conditions: effect of different N-acyl-homoserine lactones (AHLs) (PRJCA043802)

This project restores the activity of long-term in-situ static aerobic granular sludge by externally adding AHLs. The three reactors are the blank reactor, the reactor with C6-HSL added, and the reactor with C8-HSL added. At the end of the reactor operation, sludge samples were collected respectively for metagenomic sequencing.
