Previous regional groundwater model domains within the Namoi subregion

## **Abstract** \n\nThe dataset was compiled by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple sources referenced within the dataset and/or metadata. The processes undertaken to compile this dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nThe dataset provides the model extent and predicted drawdown for the Namoi Catchment Water Study (SWS, 2012) and Gunnedah Basin Regional Model (CDM Smith, 2014).\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nThe purpose of this dataset is to enable a comparison between the model extents and drawdowns predicted by the model developed for BA and previous regional scale models in the Namoi.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nThe drawdown maps were digitised from figures in the reports by SWS (2012) and CDM Smith (2014).\n\n\n\nThe model extents were derived from the MODFLOW grids aggregating the cells that are active in any layer and then turning them into a shapefile.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (2016) Previous regional groundwater model domains within the Namoi subregion. ## **目的**

## **数据集历史**

降深图系从SWS（2012）与CDM Smith（2014）的研究报告中的图表数字化提取而来。

模型范围则源自MODFLOW网格：对任意图层中处于激活状态的网格单元进行聚合，随后将其转换为形状文件（shapefile）。
