High-Throughput Sequencing of microRNAs and Alternative Cleavage and Polyadenylation Reveal the Mechanism of Post-Transcription Regulations in Colorectal Cancer Patients

Few studies have reported that the mutual regulation of miRNAs and alternative cleavage and polyadenylation in CRC. Our study helps to understand the cellular regulation in CRC from the perspective of post-transcriptional level. Overall design: In this study, we applied small RNA sequencing and 3T sequencing in cancer tissue and paired normal tissue of CRC patients.
