Expressed sequences and polymorphisms in rohu carp (Labeo rohita, Hamilton) revealed by mRNA-seq

An integrated approach was used to identify genes associated with resistance to Aeromonas hydrophila, an important bacterial pathogen causing aeromoniasis in rohu Labeo rohita.
