These files contain supporting data for the aforementioned manuscript. Timeseries.csv and SynopticSamples.csv contain observational data from the study system. MetabolismOutputs.csv contain the modelled results of in-stream metabolism. CO2endmembers.csv and CH4endmembers.csv contain the modelled mass balance components. A brief description of each file and the columns is below. For more details on methods, see the manuscript.
