Simulation data and model input files for: Transport-based alteration controls permeability architecture of volcanic hydrothermal systems

This repository contains the numerical model inputs, mesh configurations, custom code modifications, and output data required to reproduce the thermo-hydraulic simulations presented in the manuscript 'Transport-based alteration controls permeability architecture of volcanic hydrothermal systems' submitted to JGR: Solid Earth. Simulations were performed using the MOOSE framework (https://mooseframework.inl.gov/) and the PorousFlow module.
