NiV Vaccine

A serious outbreak of the Nipah virus has been recorded, and several antiviral medications have been developed, although they are less successful in treating those infected with the Nipah virus. To that end, the immunoinformatics new epitope-based vaccination was intended to reduce viral obstruction using silica approaches or procedures. The data set contains raw data relating to the vaccine's selection, identification, and protein sequencing.已有研究记录显示尼帕病毒（Nipah virus）曾暴发大规模疫情，目前已开发出多种抗病毒药物，但此类药物在治疗尼帕病毒感染者时疗效欠佳。为此，本研究旨在开发基于免疫信息学（immunoinformatics）的新型表位（epitope）疫苗，并通过硅基方法或流程实现病毒阻滞。本数据集包含与疫苗筛选、鉴定及蛋白质测序相关的原始数据。
