Revision Analysis Files

This dataset contains files relevant to analyses carried out during the revision process of the associated manuscript. In order to preserve the nested file structure (which is what is used by the scripts to separate scripts, data, output, etc), the nested folder structures are comparessed as tar.gz files. When you open one of these files, it should reproduce the internal folder structure. At the time this dataset was created, Dataverse did not support nested file structures directly, unfortunately (see discussion here), so the tar.gz structure is a workaround.
