资源简介:
Low with deficit zone of neighbouring green and squares (> 0.5 ha) at neighbourhood level (400 m and 5 min walking). The deficit zone is the residential area that reflects the opposite of the specific target area. For local use green and squares, we mean: — publicly accessible green greater than 0.5 ha (or 5.000 m²): parks, pocket parks, hanging green, fortgreen, dog walking area, urban forest, playground, cemetery, green playgrounds, publicly accessible green building, e.g. Vinkenparkje, Harmoniepark – publicly accessible paved spaces greater than 0.5 ha (or 5.000 m²): squares, green squares, sports grounds (NOT: roads, footpaths and cycle paths), e.g. Dagerning, Great Market, Theaterplein This data layer is updated annually in January, provided that the facility is managed and updated annually by the competent sector/service. The device has a certain range based on walking distance, taking into account important barriers (water, ring, highway, rail, etc.) and safe crossing points for vulnerable road users (tunnels, bridges, seabs with traffic lights). A neighbourhood and district facility is given a walking distance of 400 metres and 800 m respectively (5 and 10 minutes of walking). Facilities operating on urban areas (district or postal code) have a range of 1600 metres (20 minutes walking or 8 minutes bicycles). In combination with the deficit zone, this layer gives an overview of the spatial distribution of this provision. This allows the policy to plan a balanced spatial distribution of the supply on the basis of walking distance.
