Saline-alkali stress seriously restricts the growth and development of plants. In order to elucidate the metabolic mechanism of Paeonia rockii seedlings to adapt to saline-alkali stress and expand the planting range, transcriptome technology was used to determine the changes of different genes in saline-alkali resistance process. The results showed that a total of 7118 differential genes were detected. By activating the expression of GPX, GST and other genes, plants can promote the signal transmission of glutathione metabolism process, thereby improving the antioxidant capacity and tolerance to saline-alkali environment.
