利用区视频数据共享平台已接入的公共视频监控资源，结合区算力算法平台智能AI图像识别技术，提前发现并处置潜在风险点，自动识别这些易积水点位是否存在积水情况。
This dataset leverages the public video surveillance resources accessed via the District Video Data Sharing Platform, combined with the intelligent AI image recognition technology of the District Computing and Algorithm Platform, to detect and handle potential risk points in advance, and automatically identify whether accumulated water exists at these waterlogging-prone locations.
