资源简介:
The presented dataset contains data produced in the framework of the ECLectic project, regarding the electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of both, novel and commercially available organic luminophores featuring thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF). Exploiting the design flexibility typical of organic molecules, the electron-donating and electron-accepting groups have been separately tuned in order to control the ECL properties. In this work, the following acceptor-modified molecules have been investigated: 3DPAFIPN (ACC1), 3DPAImIPN (ACC2), 3DPA2FBN (ACC3), and 3DPA2ImBN (ACC4). On the other hand, the following donor-modified molecules have been charcaterized too: 4(BrDPA)IPN (DON1), 4(Cl2DPA)IPN (DON2), and 4(Br2DPA)IPN (DON3). Finally, water-soluble TADF derivatives (TEG1, TEG2) have been proposed and their ECL properties were characterized. The data are useful to provide guidelines for the design and synthesis of highly efficient and cost-effective ECL-active luminophores as valid alternatives to the gold standard [Ru(bpy)3]2+.
