Dataset supporting Atmospheric emission changes from 2005 to 2020 and focused on COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in Argentina

Dataset related to the activity levels (fuel consumed) and their estimated monthly pollutant emissions for CO2, CH4, N2O, NOx, CO, NMVOC, SOx, TSP, PM10, PM2.5 and BC from various sectors as private road transport, freight , public transport and agriculture machines, thermal power plants, residential, commercial, and governmental (January 2005 to April 2020) in Argentina. In addition, dataset shows that during the months with the greatest restrictions of COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in Argentina (March and April 2020), the monthly data is lower than historical average (2005-2020) for most of the pollutants analyzed.
