With sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the sole carbon source, cellulase-producing strains were isolated and screened from the surface of tobacco leaves. The strain was identified by microscopic morphology observation, physiological and biochemical identification, combined with 16 S rRNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis. The growth curve and extracellular enzyme system composition of the strain were determined, and its growth characteristics and enzyme production ability were studied. Bioinformatics analysis was performed on the whole genome data of the strain to mine its cellulase-producing genes. The tobacco stem was treated with its extracellular enzyme solution to explore its effect.
