Fall armyworm (Spodoptera frugiperda J.E. Smith) infestation of smallholder maize fields in Chipinge District, Zimbabwe, in February 2019

Data 278 maize fields assessed for fall armyworm damage in Ward 16, Ward 18, and Ward 20 of Chipinge District, Zimbabwe, between the 18th and the 22nd of February 2019. Data about management of the plot (variety, planting date, fertilization, etc) and distance of the plot to forest patch of at least 0.5 ha are also presented.
