Fatty acids data for tree shrimps species in Brazil

This set of data shows more than 24 fatty acids found in the shrimps Xiphopenaeus sp., Penaeus schmitti and Penaeus paulensis, in a Cananéia region, in São Paulo Brazil. These data tested how the habit of life differentiates the fatty acid composition of these prawns, as well as how important the mangrove is for these prawns to obtain energy and transmit to their consumers.本数据集涵盖了巴西圣保罗州卡纳内亚（Cananéia）区域内，新对虾属未定种（Xiphopenaeus sp.）、斯氏对虾（Penaeus schmitti）以及圣保罗对虾（Penaeus paulensis）体内检出的24种以上脂肪酸。本数据集通过相关数据分析，探究了不同生活习性对这三类对虾脂肪酸组成的影响差异，同时明确了红树林在这类对虾获取能量并将能量传递至其营养级上层消费者过程中的关键作用。
