Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived neonatal mouse cells' transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to microarray method and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis, to find the trageted genes regulated by ATF3 in Hypoxia/Reoxygenation(H/R) Overall design: mRNA profiles of WT and ATF3-KO mouse neonatal cells with ATF3 re-expression after H/R model(WT_HR, KO_HR, KO_HA)
