Moor House greenhouse gas fluxes and stable isotopes

This archive contains measurements of greenhouse gases and auxiliary data collected between 2015 and 2017 from a temperate ombrotrophic blanket peat bog at Moor House National Nature Reserve, UK (54°41'44.2"N, 2°23'16.5"W). Flux measurements of CH4 and CO2 as well as samples for CH4 stable isotope analysis were collected using opaque chambers from five randomly selected sampling locations. Production and oxidation potentials for CH4 were determined using laboratory incubations of peat cores. The data contains a total of 383 flux measurements, 80 stable isotope measurements, and 289 soil incubations. See readme.txt for a description of file contents.
