资源简介:

Dataset with the first results from the annual simulation of the configuration CTR-CC-900. The configuration is an evolution of the ones presented in the papers "A Rovira et al. Towards high solar contribution in hybrid CSP-combined cycle gas turbine plants. Int J of Energy Res, 2023, 8289873, DOI: 10.1155/2023/8289873" and "A Rovira et al. Increasing the flexibility and feasibility of concentrated solar power plants by the addition of a low temperature energy storage system. Results in Engineering 25 (2025) 104121. DOI: 10.1016/j.rineng.2025.104121". In particular, the solar field feeds a solarized gas turbine and the exhaust gases coming from the turbine outlet are used to heat up the molten salts of the thermal energy storage system, introducing thus an additional power cycle that increases the power rate of the plant. For the hybrid configuration, there are results for both the base case without solarised gas turbine and for the cases with the solar GT working at 800 ºC, 850 ºC, 900 ºC, 950 ºC and 1000 ºC, and maintaining the size of the solar field but not its efficiency, that decreases with the working temperature. Thus, the nominal thermal power of each central tower receiver decreases from 300 MWth to 290-287-284-281-279 MWth, respectively. The results show an decrease of the solar contribution from 427 GWh yearly (base case) to 426 GWh (800 ºC), 410 GWh (850 ºC), 380 GWh (900 ºC), 341 GWh (950 ºC) and 295 GWh (1000 ºC). For the solar-only configuration, the results are the analogous but varying from 472 GWh to 433-409-376-337-289 GWh for the corresponding base case and the different working temperatures.
