Data set - Plant-Pollinator Interaction Data

Data set of wild bees (Apiformes), syrphids (Syrphidae) and butterflies (Papilionoidea) and their recorded interactions with plants, collected in agricultural grassland within the project REGRASS 2 (2021-2022) (Re-establishing grassland strips to promote biodiversity and ecosystem services) in Sieghartskirchen, Lower Austria (48°16′02.5″N 16°05′07.9″E, 48°15′08.3″N 16°02′56.9″E). Consists of 4 data files for different pollinator groups: 1) bumblebees, 2) wild bees (without bumble bees), 3) syrphids and 4) butterflies 1 data file for recorded 5) plant species and 1 data file for 6) plant traits 1 Metadata file R Script for analysis Sampled grassland types: newly established flowering grassland strip (NG) and old, permanent grasslands (OG) as seminatural permanent reference habitat. NG were sown on former arable land with a flower and species rich plant composition of 41 typical native plant species that mimic the plant assemblage of OG.
