资源简介:
The raw dataset of conductance data used to generate configurational averages and make predictions using the inverse methodology in this work.
The .zip file contains .csv files with the transmission data required to reproduce the results in the paper for both symmetric ('sym') and asymmetric ('asym') disorder.
Symmetric result files include non-magnetic and spin-polarised (UP and DOWN) transmissions, and the asymmetric case includes just the spin-polarised cases.
The first column in each file gives the energy, and the remaining rows give the transmission indicated by the header.
Configurational averages
Files with "av" in the title indicate configurational averages:
e.g. 'sym_av_11.csv' contains the configurational average for symmetric ribbons with 11 vacancies
e.g 'asym_av_top_09_bot_02.csv' contains the configurational averages for systems with 9 vacancies on the top edge and 2 on the bottom edge.
Test sets
The test sets used for each case are given in the 'sym_test.csv' and 'asym_test.csv' files, with different disorder realisations and transmissions in different columns
In each case, the header indicates relevant number of vacancies.
