Naozhou large yellow croaker

Nao-zhou large yellow croaker (*Larimichthys crocea*) is an important marine aquaculture species in China and exhibits pronounced sex-specific differences in growth performance and nutritional requirements. By comparing transcriptome profiles between males and females, this study systematically elucidates sex-specific differences in intestinal and gonadal lipid metabolism in this species.
