Structured Parliamentary Discourse Dataset from the Spanish Congreso de los Diputados (2003, 2013, 2023)

This dataset contains a structured and speaker-linked record of parliamentary discourse from the Congreso de los Diputados for the years 2003, 2013, and 2023. Each intervention has been segmented from full session transcripts and precisely matched to the speaker who delivered it, using a combination of metadata fields such as surnames, gender, and legislative term. The database includes session-level metadata, individual interventions, and speaker profiles contextualized by political group, role, and constituency. Developed as part of a final undergraduate research project, this resource enables fine-grained, speaker-specific analysis of institutional language and is intended for research in political science, digital humanities, and computational linguistics.
