数据集包含西藏自治区拉萨市和林芝市常驻人群四次随访采集的呼吸系统炎性指标。项目在2021年5-6月、9-10月在拉萨和林芝地区各开展4次人群的随访调查,共招募212名受试者。 呼出气一氧化氮(Fractional exhaled nitric oxide, FeNO)由气道细胞产生,其浓度与炎症细胞数目高度相关联,是一种简便、无创的生物学指标,能有效地反映气道的炎症程度。每次访视时,使用特氟龙气袋收集受试者约5升的呼出气,随后使用Thermo NOx气体分析仪测量呼出气中一氧化氮(Fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)含量以表征呼吸系统炎性水平。 数据可用于评估西藏地区常驻居民呼吸系统炎性水平,并进一步分析臭氧暴露和缺氧状态对常驻居民呼吸系统炎性的影响。

This dataset comprises respiratory inflammatory indicators collected from four follow-up visits among permanent residents in Lhasa and Nyingchi, Tibet Autonomous Region. The project conducted 4 rounds of follow-up investigations in each of Lhasa and Nyingchi during May–June and September–October 2021, recruiting a total of 212 subjects. Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO), produced by airway cells, is highly correlated with the count of inflammatory cells. As a convenient, non-invasive biological marker, it can effectively reflect the severity of airway inflammation. During each visit, approximately 5 liters of exhaled breath was collected from each subject using a Teflon gas bag, and the concentration of FeNO in the exhaled breath was then measured with a Thermo NOx gas analyzer to characterize the level of respiratory inflammation. This dataset can be used to evaluate the respiratory inflammatory level of permanent residents in Tibet, and further analyze the effects of ozone exposure and hypoxic conditions on respiratory inflammation in local residents.
