VPRS 14764 Subject Classification Headings, Multiple Number System

This series comprises of a list of Subject Classification Headings for correspondence files maintained by Alberton Water Board (VA 2223). The List was used by Alberton Water Board to assist with the classification and subsequent filing of correspondence. All correspondence to be filed was assigned a subject classification number in accordance with the subject classification headings provided in this series, and filed on the corresponding numbered file (see VPRS 14758 General Correspondence Files, Multiple Number System).本系列包含阿尔伯顿水务局（VA 2223）所管理的往来函件主题分类标题清单。该清单用于协助阿尔伯顿水务局开展往来函件的分类及后续归档工作。所有待归档的往来函件均需依据本系列提供的主题分类标题分配主题分类编号，并归入对应编号的档案中（详见VPRS 14758 通用往来函件档案：多编号系统）。
