RNA-sequencing of abdominal aortic aneurysm tissues from mice

This study aims to investigate the role and mechanism of gasderminE-mediated pyroptosis in the process of Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA).We conducted bulk RNA-sequencing analysis of abdominal aorta tissue from wild type mice and Gsdme-knockout mice with AAA. We found that senescence associated pathway was downregulated in Gsdme-knockout mice compared with wild type mice. In summary ,the result revealed that gasderminE-mediated pyroptosis impact the development of abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA) by regulating the senescence process.
