Analysis of gene expression in mouse E15.5 embryonic heart tissue, either wildtype, Ddc-/+ (maternal transmission of Ddc^Gt(OST129277)Lex knockout allele), Ddc+/- (paternal transmission), or Ddc-/-. A single experiment involving 12 samples: 3x wildtype, 4x Ddc-/+ (MatKO), 4x Ddc+/- (PatKO), 1x Ddc-/- (KO)
