TrAEL-seq was used to assess the impact of Triapine (3AP), a RRM2 inhibitor, on replication fork accumulation and changes to the replication profile of IMR32 cells. Overall design: TrAEL-seq was performed on IMR32 cells cultured (as described below) in duplicate, in either untreated media or in media containing 0.1% DMSO with or without 3AP treatment (689.5 nM).
