The Unified Human Virome Database (UHVDB)
The Unified Human Virome Database contains high-quality, confident virus sequences from other human virus databases and human metagenome assemblies. All sequences have been clustered and annotated to assign taxonomy, predicted hosts, functions, and lifestyle.

uhvdb_v5.0.0_final_metadata.tsv.gz: TSV file containing ametadata (virus filtering data, clusters, taxonomy, predicted hosts, lifestyle, high-level function) for all UHVDB sequences
uhvdb_v5.0.0_unique_reps.fna.gz: FASTA file containing all unique (dereplicated by sequence hash) UHVDB sequences
uhvdb_v5.0.0_protein_annotations.tsv.gz: TSV file containing annotations for all unique (dereplicated by hash) complete ORFs from genomovar representatives
uhvdb_v5.0.0_proteinsimilarity.tsv.gz: TSV file containing pairwise protein similarity values (>= 5.5) for all UHVDB species representatives
uhvdb_v5.0.0_genomovars_gani.tsv.gz: TSV file containing pairwise global ANI values (>= 99.5% ANI + 100% AF) for all UHVDB unique sequences
