Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a progressive debilitating inflammatory disease with unresolved etiology and incompletely defined cell populations driving its pathogenesis. Here, we carried out scRNA Seq of skin samples procured from HS patients and normal subjects to understand the cellular and molecular mechanism of disease pathogenesis.
