The aim of the study is to evaluate the financial health of the entity to financial planning carried out for three types of Polish institutions (non-profit organization, the financial institution and a non-profit organization or financial institution) for the years 2010, 2011, 2012. For analysis was used to estimate the model Zietlowa by four main groups of indicators: general, immediate, short-term and medium-term, which allow the Financial Health Index.
