Dataset from Participatory Budgeting experiments for DEMOTEC project - Questionnaire data

The dataset was produced by the DEMOTEC Horizon project funded by the EU (H2020 GA no.962553). The main purpose of the project was the study of Participatory Budgeting (PB) and other democratic innovations at the local level of governance. The dataset was produced through a series of experimental activities – PB simulations designed to tap preferences for different forms of Participatory Budgeting (PB) at the local level of governance in 7 European countries. The relevant data were collected via two separate questionnaires, one administered prior to the relevant experimental activities (questionnaire_pre) and the other after all activities have been completed and before the de-briefing of the participants.
