Genome transfer for the prevention of female infertility caused by maternal gene mutation

Maternal gene plays crucial role in the regulation of oocyte maturation and preimplantation embryonic development and its mutation is an important cause of woman infertility WT MII oocyte, WT zygotes, Zar1-/- MII oocyte, Zar1-/- zygotes,WT 2 cell embryo,spindle transfer 2 cell embryo, polar body transfer 2 cell embryo and pronuclear transfer 2 cell embryo are performed RNA sequencing.母源基因（Maternal gene）在卵母细胞成熟与植入前胚胎发育的调控过程中发挥关键作用，其突变是引发女性不育症的重要诱因。本研究对野生型（Wild Type, WT）MII期卵母细胞、野生型受精卵、Zar1纯合敲除MII期卵母细胞、Zar1纯合敲除受精卵、野生型2细胞胚胎、纺锤体移植2细胞胚胎、极体移植2细胞胚胎以及原核移植2细胞胚胎进行了RNA测序（RNA sequencing）。
