Directory 'Code' contains the code to reproduce results of various DA methods in PPEs and real proxy experiments, as described in Section 4; 2. Directory 'Data' contains the simulations ('prior'), surrogate model ('model'), and proxies ('proxy') described in Section 3. The directory 'Assim_output_Smoother' contains the CEs of monthly SAT and SST in PPEs and real proxy experiments.
