Chronic endometritis in fertility surgery

Objective: To assess potential association of CE diagnosed by a positive CD 138 in endometrial tissue with Fallopian tube patency and occlusion as well as with other factors for infertility including endometriosis, adenomyosis and hydrosalpinges. Design: Prospective, monocentral pilot study. Setting: Tertiary care center. Patients: A cohort of 100 infertile women, who were scheduled to undergo combined hysteroscopy with endometrial biopsy and laparoscopy with chromopertubation, were enrolled from July 2019 to December 2020.研究目的：评估子宫内膜组织中阳性CD 138诊断的CE与输卵管通畅性及阻塞以及其他不孕因素（包括子宫内膜异位症、腺肌症和积水输卵管）之间的潜在关联。研究设计：一项前瞻性、单中心试点研究。研究环境：三级医疗机构。研究对象：100名计划接受宫腔镜结合子宫内膜活检和腹腔镜结合染料通液术的不孕妇女，她们于2019年7月至2020年12月期间被纳入研究。
