Crop row identification and cluster segmentation for stand count (CRISCO) ImageJ plugin source code

The CRISCO plugin was developed using the free and open-source ImageJ image analysis software platform to perform stand counting on UAS imagery or other suitable images based on profile and geometry features from an image. The uploaded folder contains the fully functional CRISCO plugin source code, enabling users to understand the methodology employed. A comprehensive instruction file is also included to guide users in setting up and executing the plugin on their computers.
