Replication data for: Prioritizing urban heat adaptation infrastructure based on multiple outcomes: Comfort, health and energy

This dataset contains model outputs and the script required to produce figures in "Prioritizing urban heat adaptation infrastructure based on multiple outcomes: comfort, health and energy". This paper evaluates multiple heat adaptation infrastructures across three outcomes for extreme heat events in the present (1999-2018) and projected end of century (2081-2100) under two emissions scenarios: RCP 4.5 (moderate emissions) and RCP 8.5 (high emissions).

For the script to run, the data files should be unpacked and organized in folders as follows:

<li>For files ending in .out (TUF-Pedestrian output), place them in subfolders where each period ( . ) indicates a level of nesting, and rename the file "RadiationBalance_Pedestrian.out". E.g. "base.mia.4.1.2s.out" should be placed and named as /base/mia/4/1/2s/RadiationBalance_Pedestrian.out

<li>For files ending in .nc (WRF output), place them in subfolders where each period ( . ) indicates a level of nesting, and rename the file "file.nc". E.g. "tree_irr.phx.44.1.nc" should be placed and named as /tree_irr/phx/44/1/file.nc
